RETURN POLICY
We want to ensure you are totally happy when shopping with us, so if you change your mind for any reason you are able to return a unused item to us within 30 days of it being received by you. We understand that the item may be opened but otherwise it should be returned to us unused, in the original packaging and fit for re-sale. To arrange a return please contact us and we will assist you with the return address and all the necessary information to arrange the return.
We are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:
* If we sent you the wrong item
* If the item is damaged or faulty
We will NOT refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you. If you like to entrust us to arrange shipment, postage will be deducted from final refund amount.
