Customisation
Assembly – Our trained team will fully assemble the bench for you for delivery.
Engraving – Our own specialist will directly engrave your words onto the bench for you.
Plaque Engraving – An engraved 5″x2″ plaque is provided as standard in either brass or steel.
For all engravings a mock up is provided for your approval before starting work.

Delivery
All items are shipped with tracking on a ‘delivery to door’ basis, Mon-Fri.
Orders received by 1pm will be processed and shipped the same day for expedited requests. Orders received after 1pm or on a standard request will be processed and despatched the next working day. Items that require customisation may take longer.

Returns
We are pleased to offer free returns to give provide confidence when purchasing online. Free returns apply to items that have not been used or customised and can be requested up to 5 days from delivery. After 5 days returns are chargeable.

Packaging
We work with our suppliers to provide product protection with the minimum amount of waste.

Product Care
Our teak products are factory pre-treated but as a natural product it will weather when exposed to natural elements. The rate at which this occurs may vary as each product will have unique characteristics. If you wish to preserve the initial look of your teak furniture as much as possible we recommend applying a product such as teak oil upon receipt of your delivery.

This bench requires minor assembly, however purchase options are available to have the bench pre-assembled, engraved or the addition of an engraved plaque.
