Delivery We provide our customers with a choice of delivery options. All items are shipped from a UK warehouse using a single courier company network and our customers are able to track their delivery online using a consignment number and delivery postcode. All items are on a ?delivery to door? basis. Orders received by 1pm will be processed and shipped the same day for 1-2 day delivery requests. Orders received after 1pm or on a 3-5 day delivery request will be processed and shipped the following day with applicable lead-times for chosen delivery speed applied accordingly. Applies Mon-Fri. Packaging We work with our suppliers to provide the right amount of packaging with the minimum amount of waste. Cushions are packaged in plastic with parasols, chairs, benches and tables all packaged in cardboard which when handled correctly provides sufficient protection. Product Care All of our teak products are factory pre-treated however as a natural product it will weather and age when exposed to natural elements. The rate at which this occurs with vary greatly as each product will have unique characteristics. If you wish to preserve the initial look of your teak furniture as much as possible we recommend applying a product such as teak oil immediately upon receipt of your delivery About Patio Essentials We are a UK business based in Berkshire dedicated to providing excellent customer service and products by putting our focus on the indoor and outdoor furniture market and with a particular emphasis on garden furniture.
