3. Online price does not include any extra tax or custom clearance fee in customer country, we will try our best to help you to get the goods, but we are not responsible for custom clearance in customer’s country.

1. We provide one year warranty. If the item is defective(it never happened since we sold chandeliers), please notify us within 3 days when you receive the goods.

2. All items must be returned in their original condition and packing in order to qualify for exchange of goods.

3. Items returned after 7 days of delivery are only eligible for repair.

4. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
