Note:

1.There are both 110V 60HZ and 220V 50HZ for BYC-600 series tablet/pill coating machine, please kindly let me know what’s voltage in your workplace.

2.The BYC-600 series tablet coating machine is sent by DHL and FedEx by default from China. Please kindly let me know which shipment is convenience for you.

Main Technical Parameters

Installation

1. Connect to the power. Take care not to choose the wrong wires.

2. Check the tube is properly connected to the bottom of the pot.

3. Add liquid coating solution to the barrel.

4. Turn on power switch.

5. Follow the instructions for regulating the speed.

6. Turn on the inlet adjustment switch for the fan to work.

7. Set the air temperature control by turning the dial in the center. If the actual temperature isbelow the value set, the heater will start automatically. If the actual temperature is higher than the value set, the heater will disconnect.

8. Turn on the gun switch. If the spray gun works, refer to the instructions for using the spray gun.

9. If all the above is in order, open the air compressor to air pressure of about 5 ~ 7kg/cm3.

Maintenance:

1. The deceleration box lubricants and bearing grease cavity should be changed regularly (generally, every six months).

2. If the coating pan has not been in use for a long period, the surface should be oiled.

3. The spray should be cleaned by water after each shift to avoid blocking. If blockage occurs, refer to the instructions for demolition of the spray, and remove residue with a fine needle.

4. The temperature of the worm gear should not exceed 50 when it is running.

5. The oil seal worm shaft ends should be replaced every six months.

6. The machine must be grounded; its grounding resistance should be ≤ 4Ω.

7. Appliances should not be relocated arbitrarily

Warranty:

1. The powder mixing machine BYC-600 series tablet coating machine is designed with high stainless steel quality constructions and meet GMP standard.

12 months limited warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3 months warranty.

2. Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period and in the original packaging, if possible. You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.

3. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send it back if the machine is defective as report.

4.If the machine were damaged during delivery, customers should inform us at once and email us photo of the damaged part. After checking, we may send a new part for free.

5. For following situations, the item is out of free warranty

(1). Damaged caused by: misused, improper installation and so on man-made fault.

(2). Warranty seal removed or damaged.

6. Lifetime service. Please kindly let me know if you have any question about the machine or there are other machines meet your requirement. We will do our best to help you.
